Grants and Contracts Management System (GCMS) Portal

New User Instructions:

Is your Organization already registered with GCMS?
  1. Please contact your Authorized official to first confirm if your Organization has registered with GCMS.
  2. If the Organization is already registered with GCMS, the Authorized official must be able to help you set up your GCMS account. Please reach out to your appropriate authorized official.
Organization not Registered with GCMS?
  1. Are you an Authorized Official for your Organization? (Note: The Authorized Official serves as the primary contact and manages the Organization and its users within the Portal.)
  2. If you are the Authorized Official, please complete and submit the following form to request for your organization to join GCMS: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/g/VDi667Tgsi
  3. VDSS will review your request and, if approved, will send a Portal Invitation with a registration link for the Authorized Official to register with the Portal.
  4. Upon receiving the Portal Invitation, the Authorized Official can sign in to the Portal and add their Organization members as GCMS users.
